                                    4765  E. Eastland progressing quickly. Chip sealing to begin in March.

 

Old Business              POW flag is flying. We found the new American flag. Vote approved to reimburse Steve for the POW flag.

                                    Storage unit at City Council offices is good sized. We need to get a lock. Loren will see to this. We can access anytime.

Ongoing Reports

  1. Bylaws Committee: None
  2. Development Committee: Monique heard that 5151 is only being remodeled. Not sure of the types of tenants as yet (bakjery, restaurant).
  3. Events Committee: None

4.   Hoffman Park: Possible homeless sighted in park.

5.   Membership Committee: None

6.   Publicity Committee: Theresa will put up our meeting notices at the schools.

7.   Safety/Homeland Security: There will be a kick off for the annual general meeting. Short discussion regarding CERTS/VIPS.

8.   Web Site Committee: None

 

New Business:           The plexiglass for the notice board at the triangle was broken on Halloween night. Monique mentioned that parks and rec may cover cost. Also, the City might cover up keep on the spraying for weeds at the triangle. She will check into and let us know.
