Treasurer’s Report Accepted as written
Old Business Monique brought up the coyote issue. Short discussion as to not feeding them and also putting info in newsletter. Repairs for chip sealing project are at a standstill though patchwork seems to have been done.
5151 is trying to finalize plans
Plexi-glass for triangle has been replaced. Cost not available at this time.
Ongoing Reports
4. Hoffman Park: Steve received a call from someone who was having a party and wanted a jumping castle/not allowed? Midge and Monique have discussed the “driving into the park” issue.
5. Membership Committee: 2 new members
6. Publicity Committee: Newsletter will reference web site/information re general meeting on January 24th.
7. Safety/Homeland Security: Loren turned in 2 cars and 1 motorcycle/graffiti is up again.
8. Web Site Committee: No news
New Business: Short discussion regarding the city wide association. Monique let us know about a landfill tour coming up. Will let us know schedule. She says it is very interesting and informative.
Need volunteers to help round up people that may be interested in being board members
